Pretreatment

Chemical Cleaning:

We have an eight stage zinc phosphating line with a basket capacity of 1000mm x 1000mm x 2500mm. Anything bigger is done by hand.

Shotblasting:

This is done in house to SA 2.5 and is included in the coating price.

Microblasting:

This is done in house and is done on more delicate surfaces.

Cosmetic Coatings

Generally epoxys and polyester of which we have a large selection in different colours and textures. If we do not have any specific colour and textures, this can bve matched by our suppliers (conditions apply).

Functional Coatings

Certain conditions call for specialised coatings or techniques eg. F.B.E. (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), P.T.F.E. (Food Grade non stick, 100% chemical resistant), Strontium chromate and nylon coatings.

Ovens:

Our curing ovens are all gas fired batch ovens with combination airflow. We have 4 ovens with inside dimensions as follows:
